I watched trailer of the movie "War Of The Worlds". I want to see this movie. Because I think this movie is a story of great power. I like such a movie very much.
In the movie, America was struck by strong lightning at first. This movie will make it lively for us. We will be able to be impressed with this movie.

My favorite movie
What are your favorite movies, or what movies have you particularly enjoyed?
My favorite movie is "The Lord of The Ring" and "TITANIC"
What actors or actresses or directors do you like/know?
My favorite actors are Orlando Bloom and Tom Hanks. I like their face and performance.
How often do you go to the cinema? How often do you rent videos or DVDs? Do you have a DVD player?
I go to cinema every three months. And I usually rent videos once a month. I don't have a DVD but I want!!

Blog
I have written 19 blog posts and 2894 words. That is 321 per week over 9 weeks. I sometimes mistake easy spelling. And I usually forget to put in a space after each comma.
At first, I couldn't use computer well, so writing blogs was difficult for me. But gradually, I came to understand how to use computer and write blogs. Now, I enjoy writing blogs!! And I am always looking forward to seeing my friend's blogs.

My sister
I have one young sister. She is 3 grade of junior high school. She belongs to tennis club like me.
Today, a trial game of Kyusyu rally was held in Kumamoto. If she can come in fifth in this game, she can take part in Kyusyu rally in Okinawa.
When I came home from part-time job, I heard news that she took 8th place. She couldn't come in 5th, but I think she did her best. And I also heard that there are consolation match next time, so If she go on the game, there will be possibility to take part in Kyusyu rally.
She has asthma, so she sometimes feels sick when she play sports. So I want to praise her whether she win or lose.
I am very very fine but I don't exercise well recently. So I want to use my healthy body more!!

TITANIC
I borrowed book, "TITANIC" from libruary. This is very thin book. So it was very easy to read for me. And I was very interested in this book's title. Because there is very popular movie about TITANIC. I like movie of TITANIC very much.
When I saw TITANIC on TV, I was impressed with human's courage and strength. I learned from this movie that trusting people was most important. This is one of my most favorite movie.
By the way, book which I borrowed was not make-up story but real story. I could't believe that such big ship had sunk. I could know about TITANIC from such a thin book.
I could increase my English vocabulary by reading book in English. I hardly read book in Japanese, but I could enjoy reading one in English. I have one more book. It is picture book. If I finish reading this book, I want to try more long sentence's book next time!!

about myself
I can't think of interesting topic. So I want to talk about myself.
I live in Kikuchi city now but I used to live in Kumamoto city. I moved here before I entered kindergarten. My birthday is August 15. And my blood type is o. My hobby is playing tennis, eating, sleeping, watching movie and so on. I don't decide cleary what kind of job I want to have in the future. But I want to enter job making use of English. There will be many people in this class who want to have a job concerned with English like me. So let's study English together and bocome international person!!

This summer
I want to write my this summer's plan.
First, I am going to go Kouchi. Because my best friend, Ayako lives there now. Maybe I go to there with my friends in Kikuchi in his car. And Ayako also will come back Kumamoto. We are going to go festival together in kikuchi.
Second, I want to go sea with my friends. So I am going to buy swimsuit in July. I want to go Amakusa.
Third, I will go camp in Aso with my classmates in high school. We are all good friends so many people will take part in this camp.
I have other many plans. I can't wait till summer. I am looking forward to this summer vacaton.

Diary
I woke up noon today. I could not sleep well recently, so I felt refresed today. When I woke up, my family went out.
"Koukou soutai" of tennis was held today. I was invited to go to see by my friend. He is student of KGU. I want to go together but I have to do many things about part-time job, so I could't go with him.
I went to part-time job at 4 o'clock. I learned how to take order and cook dessert.
I worked 4 hours without rest, so I was very tired. But seniors are very kind. They gave me juice and icecream when there were no visitor.
I came back home at 8:30 pm. Arter eating dinner and taking bath, I did my writing homework. Correctly, I am doing it now....

My decision
I like eating very very much. But I decided not to eat so much.
I am getting a lot of fat on my body since I quited tennis club 4 years ago. But especially I am eating so much since I entered university.

How to develop my English skill
I think I have to concern with English a lot in order to brush up my English skill.
But I don't like studying only grammer. So I want to learn English happily.
For example, I borrowed two books in English from library. So I want to read them for a week. These book's title are "Cat and Cat-face" and "TITANIC". The former is picture book and the latter is thin book. So I will be able to read easily.
And I often watch movie in English with caption. Especially if I watch my favorite or well-known movie, I can understand English effectively. I want to watch movie without caption sometime.
And I sometimes watch "eigode syabera night" on TV. This program is very interesting. I want to watch it every time as possible.
I think most important thing is enjoying English!!

A lot of homeworks
Three months have passed since I have entersed this university. I like KGU because there are big and beautiful buildings and nature. Especially I like library.
But I am always sleepy because there are many homeworks. In my speaking class, we have to write English vocabulary two pages on notebook. Moreover, we have to study particular topic with three people. In my America affair class, I looked over Ablaham Rincoln and wrote historical history myself. And in my writing class, I have to write blogs. I am not good at using computer so it is not easy for me to do this homework. But I think it is useful for me. And I like reading my friend's blog.

My hobby, tennis
My hobby is playing tennis. My parents also like playing tennis. When I was a junior high school student, I often would go to play tennis. I often missed the ball at first, but gradually , I knew pleasure of tennis.
When I was a junior high school student, I entered tennis club. Thanks to hard training, I could develop my tennis skill. So I could took part in many games together with my seniors when I was 1 grade.

Diary
I went to Jikko(my classmate)'s house in Kikuchi to stay after takeing a class. I went to there with Yurie, Nozomi, Nanae and me. Jikko's boyfriend took us home in his car.
First, we were going to cook "okonomiyaki". But finally, we decided to go restaurant. Jikko is working at this restaurant. And my brother used to work there. At this restaurant, we ate a grat deal of food and drank a lot. We talked about many things and laughed hard. I had a wonderful time. We returned Jikko's house late night
and we ate a lot again. I felt sick owing to overeating.
There was a important soccer game Japan vs Bahrain on that night. I wanted to watch it but I was tired and slept, so I could't watch it. I heard that Japan won from my friends in the next day.
In morning, we played card game. If one lost it, she had to take "dekopin". I was hit on my forehead for some times. It was very painfulness but enjoyment. And Yurie cooked hotcake. It was very delicious. And all of us came back home till noon. Because they had a part-time job. Anyway I enjoyed very very much so I want to play with this member.

Part time job
I decided to have a part-time job for the first time. I am working at ringerhat in Kikuchi.
I took an interview on May 29. I was afraid of going to interview a little. But everyone was very kind so I ressured. And I was said that I could work from tomorrow.
From the next day, I went to part-time job. But I have to get training for a month. I was taught basic term, how to service, rule of this restaurant by senior.
I hear that some people can't take kindly to their office. But at ringerhut in Kikuchi, everyone is gentle and good frieng each other. There isn't a pause in the conversation. I am pleased about this reataurant's atomosphere.
And I realized that working was not so easy but this experience is useful for me in the future.

TOEFL
I had a TOEFL test for the first time in May 28. I want to study abroad so I have to get high marks.
I borrowed three books about TOEFL from the library before I have a test. And I borrowed books in English from Juri teature. These book's title is "Understanding Other Cultures" and "You Just Don't Understand". I can't finish reading yet, but I want to read till the last.
On the very day of test, I felt quite at ease. First, I had a listening test. Listening test was very long, so I could't concentrate on solving it till the last. And second, I had a reading test. It consist of some sections. Especially, long sentence's section was difficult for me.
I realized that I need to know about TOEFL and study more by taking TOEFL test. I thought that I should have studied a lot. So I am going to study from now preparing for next TOEFL test. I want to get more than 500 score.

Sports festival in high school
I went to Kumamoto Kita high school with my friends on May 15 in order to look sports festival. Sports festival is formed by "ouendan" and panel member. Men take charge of ouendan,and they cheer their team. And women write very big picture to sopport their team.
I acted as leader of panel member last year. At first I was very worried whether I could achieve this duty. But my friends always supported me. We had to write 4 sheets of picture so we wrote "NEMO", "The Lord of the Ring", "the Statue of Liberty"and leader's picture. There were many problems, we could finish by time limit.
On the the very day of sport festival, I marched in advance on the playing field, having our team's plate. We did our best!! When sports festival finished, I felt a sense of achievement. Surprisingly, our picture was No1!! I received praise so I was very very happy.
I could learn a sense of responsibility and achievement by acting as leader. This is my impressive memory.

My best friend
It is my best friend, Ayako's birthday on May 13. So I send a mail to her because we can't meet each other. She goes university in Kouchi now. I want to introduce Ayako.
We met each other for the first time when we were 2 grade of high school. Ayako moved to kikuchi from Kagoshima. She was active and gentle girl. We got along with each other soon.
One day, we got news about homestay. She asked me to apply it together. So I decided to try that application and excellently both of us passed the selection. In summer we went to New zea land for 2 weeks. Thanks to this experience, I came to like English more. If Ayako had not inspire me to go to foreigh country, I could not have experienced such a wonderful time. So I owe her gratitude.
During our school days, we challenged other things a lot together. We took part in English recitation contest,took English certificate examination, joined Yamaga lantern festival and so on.
I am happy to have met Ayako. She go back to Kumamoto on summer vacation. So I am looking forward to seeing her again.
